She is also an accredited NLE &#8211; a National Leader of Education. Ms Gittins also mentors new Headteachers in Nottingham City.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Specialist Leader of Education<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>All members of our Senior Leadership team are Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) Mr Cobbe leads on Maths, Mrs Weatherall &#8211; English, Mrs Wildman &#8211; Phonics and Mrs Challen &#8211; EYFS.
